"Early Failure"

Hey everyone , At some point in life you all have tasted the savor of failure. You might have started something with all hope and encountered failure in the middle of your journey but what if you confront with failure as soon as you just begin your journey. Well, that's called an 'Early failure'.
A naive captain sails off his ship in the path of his goal with all the valour and hope to reach his destination but right at the onset of the sail if a failure occurs then it unnerves the captain ,shattering his hope, knocking down his valour and the situation exacerbates as the captain lacks enough experience with handling failures.
What makes one get trapped in an early failure??
There may be many reasons for an early failure, each one comes up with their own but on a general note there are few reasons as follows.
Lack of enough faith in oneself at the onset of journey may lead to an early failure. When one starts his voyage for his goal then the world immediately reminds him of the drowned titanic, intimidating the captain and he loses faith in himself and lands in an early failure. The world is always there to ridicule and dampen your confidence but listening to their absurd warnings and alarms at the stake of your faith in yourself, leads you nowhere. The second blunder people often make is aping others. A seed sown in soil takes water, sunlight and air but it doesn't emulate any of them. It doesn't try to become water or sunlight or air, it just takes the required things from them and use it to develop into a whole new plant. So mere aping doesn't help you, one must assimilate the spirit of others, yet preserve his individuality and grow according to his own law of growth. The third mistake people do is underestimating the things. They usually see the end result and tend to belittle the entire structure behind it. The fourth gaffe is wanting too much too quickly. No one can become an overnight Millionaire unless one robs a chain of banks. Lionel Messi once said "I start early i stay late, day after day, year after year and it took me 17 years and 114 days to become an overnight success". It requires patience and persistent effort in the pursuit of one's goal. The fifth thing is lack of flexibility and adaptability. The adamant nature of Nokia and Kodak led to their downfall. One should be firm with his goal but flexible with the ways of achieving it.
Avoiding all these mistakes may help one to dodge the early failures.
But what if one already got trapped in an early failure??
When one encounters an early failure he goes down in dumps with annihilated hope and confidence. Multiple emotions tend to pop up and one undergoes a severe mental trauma with whimsical tantrums. Lack of enough experience aggravates the situation. Self-doubt arises and fear impedes the courage to make a step.
Even though it's horrifying one can get through this daunting situation and rise above the early failure and make way to his destination. The first thing one should do is not to lose one's calm and try to be placid. Next, accept one's failure without any excuses then, analyze the reasons behind the failure and fix them. Seek advice from more experienced people, set up a right backup plan and sail again. People stagger when self-doubt arises but if seen in an optimistic way, self-doubt is a boon. It makes people to think several times before making a move. Things turn into boon when viewed in an optimistic way. So a positive attitude also plays a vital role. One should also view the bigger picture and doesn't get disheartened with the instantaneous failures.
What can one gain from an early failure??
When one climbs up a mountain he may undergo some backslides. All those little regressions doesn't cost him much but if he manages well all his way and relapses when he is just about to make it to the top then it would be devastating and costs him a lot. All the little regressions on our path, add enough experience and knowledge to abscond the catastrophic downfall. And even if one encounters a major descent then he would be enough skilled to tackle it and make his way to top again within no time.
Most important, one should never step-down. One may slide down but shouldn't step-down.
Backslides may fail you but once you step-down then you are defeated.
